Program Description:
Spiraling inMoving through a labyrinth is a symbolic journey. You relax into it. There are no choices to make, and it is not a test or a race.  Labyrinths are a great way to connect to yourself and the present moment.

Come into this experience with curiosity:

  • What is a labyrinth?
  • Why would I use one?
  • How do I find or create one?

Emerge with:

  • Experience of the release, receive and return of the labyrinth journey.
  • Ideas for creating labyrinths anytime, anywhere.
  • Your own finger labyrinth.

Bring the experience of the labyrinth into your life at this hands on program.   Added bonus – enjoy a day of fun, with over 80 vendors, authors, healers and readers at the Athena Festival. Self – A journey through a labyrinth is a great way to connect to yourself and to what you are experiencing and thinking in the present moment.
Relationship – Walking a labyrinth with another person can be used to deal with conflict and to deepen a relationship.
Community – Walking a labyrinth in community is a good practice for being on your path in community. When other people are around it gets more complicated but also provides the opportunity for a richer experience.
