Laughing has great benefits for you!
- Moves more oxygen to your body, stimulating heart, lungs, and muscles
- Reduces your stress level
- Aids your immunity
- Eases pain
- Helps you deal with difficult situations
Laughing is a bonding experience! Growing up we did lots of laughing – sometimes to the point of tears – at family gatherings as three generations played pinochle. Just thinking about it makes me smile and want to get the cards out!
It’s also hard to beat the laughter that happens when ladies get together! Belly laughs are just a word away. Call a few friends and go out to dinner or even better, head out of town for the weekend.
